Hello and welcome to the official web site of
A1 Pegasus Hawking.
Dear friends / colleagues / current and future clients, a happy new year from all at A1 Pegasus Hawking.
Please bear with us at this time as we finalise our re-location of home base and business assets, this has made it necessary to temporarily suspend some but not all of our services specifically in the south and south west of the United kingdom. Scotland and the mid counties are not affected. Normal service to the whole of the United kingdom will be resumed as soon as is practically possible. Please log on to A1 Pegasus Hawking web site for regular updates.
We are an established Mobile Falconry Organisation which offers personal and first hand practical experiences in all aspects of traditional Falconry and Hawking.
We specialise in static / flying displays and being fully mobile means we can offer educational visits and group experience events.
A1 Pegasus Hawking was launched in August 2005 by Nick with the idea of presenting traditional Falconry to the general public. This idea was born after he was asked to hold educational talks for local scout groups which then led to him being asked to field static displays for the local village fair.
In April 2007 he merged with Helen from Dryburgh Falconry to form one company, A1 Pegasus Hawking.
With over thirty years of practical experience in falconry and hawking between Nick and Helen they are able to offer a memorable and enjoyable experience with birds of prey, from a basic introduction to “in depth” training in traditional Falconry.
Young or old there is a falconry experience waiting for you.
Although our website is still under construction it is regularly updated, to keep up with the latest updates visit our what’s new page. We hope you enjoy your stay and you are invited to sign our guest book.
With special thanks to both Helen and Nick’s parents
And Mr Andy Bray without who’s support this would not have been possible.
Our Mission Statement
To establish and run a Falconry centre and then in turn make it run by a social enterprise with charity status. So that the future of the company and birds will be secure.
